Rev. Dr. Nicholas A. Pearce
Gifted with a shepherd's heart and a scholar's mind, Rev. Dr. Nicholas Pearce serves as the founding pastor of Crosstown Chicago. A faithful servant of God and God's people, Dr. P is passionate about creating lasting impact at the intersection of the church, the marketplace, and the academy. Beyond the pulpit, he is an award-winning organizational behavior professor at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the bestselling author of The Purpose Path: A Guide to Pursuing Your Authentic Life’s Work. A Chicago native who carries his city in his heart, Dr. P has been a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow since 2015 and a member of the Economic Club of Chicago since 2024. He serves on the boards of the Chicago Children’s Museum, Greater Chicago Food Depository, Field Foundation of Illinois, and Fuller Theological Seminary. A champion of education, he holds four academic degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Northwestern University, and Fuller Theological Seminary. Devoted to his family, he is married to his beloved childhood sweetheart, Tammy, and together, they delight in serving the Lord and raising their brilliant son.
