We believe God is writing an exciting story in Chicago - a story of renewal, reconciliation, and revival. Founded in 2025, Crosstown Chicago exists to be part of that story, bringing people together from across town - different neighborhoods, ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, and life experiences - to encounter Jesus, build community around His Word, and find our places in God's mission in the world. Whether you're exploring faith for the first time, reconnecting with God or church, or simply looking for a place to continue growing spiritually, there's a seat for you here. Our purpose

Crosstown Chicago is a Christ-centered faith community whose purpose is to honor God by developing disciples who are passionate about knowing Jesus, urgently leading people to the Cross, and serving together for the good of humankind in Jesus’ name.

Our pillars

At Crosstown Chicago, we are people of the C.R.O.S.S.

  • We put the Lord first in everything. We make knowing Jesus better our #1 priority through prayer, worship, and Holy Spirit-led exploration & application of the Scriptures.

  • We do life together because we all need up-close, life-giving, God-honoring relationships to flourish in every area of life and ministry.

  • We deeply care about our neighbors’ souls and look for opportunities to urgently lead people to the Cross - whether at church, home, work, school, or in the public square.

  • We enthusiastically look for opportunities to serve the world - and each other - with grace, humility, and a spirit of excellence as the hands and feet of Jesus.

  • We generously steward our God-given resources - our time, talent, and treasure - for God’s purposes, for God’s glory, and for the good of God’s creation.
